Elevator by the front stairway or in the durchsicht
An elevator can easily be incorporated as part of the main stairways in many existing buildings without requiring large renovations or inconveniencing the residents. The elevator can be placed next to the staircase or in the durchsicht, the free space that is present between the staircases, as shown in the illustration below, depending on where there is most space. If you have a free space of 2.80 m or more, you can use a standard solution, if the area is smaller, it will require adjustment of the stairway width or special elevator dimensions.
The elevator is delivered in its own self-supporting shaft and therefore does not strain the building's existing construction. Additionally, it can be mounted to run between all floors from basement to ceiling. One can choose from three different elevator types to install in the main stairway, HSCI, LSCI, og LSPI. The one to choose depends largely on which parameters weigh the highest for you. Is it the price, speed, comfort or automation?
HSCI is our high-speed elevator and is in the higher price range, LSCI is in a mid-range and LSPI is our most affordable elevator solution.
