RenoLet is our product range designed to handle waste containers, it is a robust lift that ensures transportation up and down stairs and avoids heavy lifting for persons.

RenoLet Renovation lift

RenoLet is our product range designed to carry waste containers of different sizes up from basements and narrow staircases, without requiring heavy person lifting. Many older properties are often constructed in such a way that no refuse collection and handling has been taken into account, as a result of which waste management and transportation is very irrational and creates great difficulty to both refuse and property owners. Therefore, in some properties it has been decided to put the containers outside so that the residents themselves must carry their garbage down. While others still use their waste chute and refuse cellar room, but have built-in solutions such as refuse lifts, and chute sorting systems to meet the Labor Inspectorate's requirements for the working environment in connection with handling ordinary day-to-day refuse transport.

Installing renovation lifts as well as chute sorting opens up the possibility of using the waste chute directly from the floors again, giving increased comfort to the residents in general and the elderly and disabled in particular.

RenoLet Product Series

RenoLet consists of 3 products, HC200V (HYDRO-CON (Max load kg) Vertical lift), HC100V (HYDRO-CON (Max load kg) Vertical lift) and HC125HVIP (HYDRO-CON (Max load kg) Inclined lift). All three products lift the waste container with a lifting bracket that engages under the container's frame. The lifting bracket can be rotated so that the container can be placed on the ground in the upper level.

HC200V and HC100V are both vertical lifts that can be used advantageously where there is a small staircase or basement access. The lift can also be established in a shaft as desired. During installation, a small gate is established in the wall or railings in the upper level. The lift is mounted in a simple way by attaching it to a load-bearing wall. If there is not a wall with sufficient strength, another form of support can be established.

HC125HVIP is a tilt lift that is designed specifically for basements where the stairs are either very steep or very narrow, by tilting the waste container it can smoothly run up and down basement stairs with low door height. HC125HVIP is installed along a stairway and is mounted on a load-bearing wall next to it, if not, it can be mounted on posts that we produce.

Overview of RenoLet Renovation lifts:

The technical data for the HC100V and HC200V renovation lifts are virtually identical as seen in the overview below, the only major differences being how much the maximum weight load is and which waste container it is suitable for lifting. HC125HVIP is primarily distinguished from the other two products by its lifting direction, as it is for mounting on a stairway and has a tilt lift, as opposed to a vertical vertical lift such as HC200V and HC100V.

Renovation lift installation options

The Renovation lift is designed for outdoor installation without additional weather protection and is supplied in hot-dip galvanized design. The HC200V and HC100V are designed for installation on a vertical bearing wall and HC125HVIP along a stairway and can be adapted to any type of stairway, no matter how narrow. If a load-bearing wall is not available, the lift can be mounted on columns that we also supply.
